The Talent Development team strengthens PropertyGuru’s leadership pipeline, organisational capability, and engagement outcomes. This role designs and delivers integrated learning, talent, and engagement initiatives that build skills, develop leaders, and support succession planning across the group, in line with the Be More, Be a Guru culture.

As a Guru you will be accountable for:


Learning & Leadership Development

  • Design and deliver high-impact learning and leadership development programmes (e.g. manager capability, leadership pipelines, functional skills).
  • Curate end‑to‑end learning journeys using internal programmes, digital platforms, and external providers.
  • Partner leaders and HRBPs to translate business priorities into targeted, practical development solutions.
  • Track programme effectiveness using participation, feedback, and impact measures.

Talent & Succession Management

  • Support groupwide talent management processes, including talent reviews, critical role assessments, and succession planning.
  • Partner HRBPs and leaders to translate talent insights into concrete development actions (e.g. IDPs, targeted programmes, coaching).
  • Monitor delivery and follow‑through of talent actions to strengthen bench strength and readiness.

Organisation Engagement & Culture

  • Contribute to organisation-wide engagement and culture initiatives (e.g. surveys, culture programmes, leadership communications).
  • Analyse engagement insights and support leaders in identifying focus areas and actions.
  • Partner stakeholders to design initiatives that strengthen inclusion, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.

Stakeholder Partnership & Delivery

  • Act as a trusted partner to HRBPs, leaders, and internal stakeholders on learning, talent, and engagement topics.
  • Manage vendors, facilitators, and coaches to ensure quality delivery and value.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Talent Development frameworks, tools, and practices.

What we are looking for?

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organisational Development.
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering L&D or talent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills; able to influence without authority.
  • Data-informed, execution-driven, and collaborative working style.
